Faith is Trust

Faith is not mere belief (Jas 2:18-26). Faith is trust in the God who has sufficiently revealed who He is, including where He has not revealed the particular explanation we seek. In other words, I reason as far as my knowledge permits—and where my knowledge ends, I do not pretend my ignorance outranks His knowledge.
